Given the number of phone billed transactions processed for merchants each month by ILD Teleservices (10 million, in fact), it’s inevitable that each month, consumers with billing questions will contact us about ILD Teleservices charges.  It’s rare that a satisfied consumer will contact us to say thanks, but it happens a lot, so I thought it would be worth sharing some of these.   It’s nice to get positive feedback from satisfied consumers.  Here are a few that we sent to us recently:
