I was angry when I called ILD after I saw them on my phone bill. When I read about other people they scammed I was furious! Well, ILD I am sorry. I called ILD and yelled at Jennifer at ILD who was so patient, calmed me down, was very helpful, and she explained the charges are for my Juno services. When I signed up with Juno, I chose the option of paying for the service by charging my phone bill every month, but I didn’t put two and two together when I saw ILD on my phone bill. I think that a lot of the people complaining online are just misinformed, like I was. Sorry ILD, and for anyone reading this don’t believe the things you read online. I was so mad that I was going to write a complaint, too, but I am glad I called ILD first.
