ILD Telecommumications has identified the need to streamline the company’s call center function with an emphasis on customer care, operational effectiveness, and cost efficiency. To oversee these efforts, Bill Hardy has been tasked as the Director of Call Center Operations. Hardy will be responsible for Call Center functions for ILD’s three divisions: ILD Teleservices, RollCall Business Conferencing and Intellicall Operator Services.
